Report a wrong or outdated password

Every venue and password on GetWifi has a report button right on its page — that's the quickest route and it reaches our moderation team directly. You can also email [email protected] with a link to the listing and a short description of the problem.

Takedown & privacy requests

If a password for a network you control has been listed and you want it removed, or you have a privacy request, write to [email protected]. We action valid requests within 24 hours. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for details.
